We support companies and brands from a range of industries, with a focus on healthcare (healthcare and selfcare), luxury and design, and innovation. We are around 40 people in Berlin, Munich and Hamburg, and part of LOOPING GROUP, which also includes the publishing house Beautiful Minds Media (Glamour, T Magazine Germany, Madame, Monsieur, Madame Arabia). Your mission

As Senior Account Manager (all genders), you are far more than an interface between our clients and internal teams. You think ahead, look at the bigger picture, and bring a deep understanding of brands, people and communication. With your sense for both the big picture and the important details, you lay the foundation for strong client relationships and successful projects.


  • You actively develop your client relationships and have a keen sense for their goals, challenges and opportunities. You are the central point of contact for your clients and manage your accounts independently and proactively.
  • With your understanding of marketing, digital strategies, audience insights and competitive landscapes, you develop tailored solutions that deliver real impact.
  • You lead meetings with confidence, bring teams together, and ensure that decisions are clear and results-oriented.
  • You keep budgets, timelines and resources in view and work closely with our leadership team to achieve efficient, high-quality results. You also contribute your commercial understanding to estimates, proposals and the identification of new client potential.
  • You keep current industry trends, new tools and technological developments in view, particularly in AI, and translate them into new opportunities for your clients and our agency.

Your profile

  • At least three years of experience in account or project management, ideally in a marketing or agency environment, along with responsibility for independently managed clients and complex projects.
  • Brand management, communication strategy and cross-channel campaigns are part of your professional toolkit.
  • Experience in producing moving-image and still content is an advantage, as is knowledge of the relevant workflows and requirements in execution.
  • You recognize client needs early, manage expectations with confidence, and find both pragmatic and creative solutions.
  • You work in a structured, analytical and results-oriented way, always keeping priorities and quality in view.
  • You communicate clearly, professionally and empathetically, both internally and with clients.
  • You are a genuine team player and enjoy working across disciplines with colleagues from creative, production and content.
  • You have a natural sense for trends and technological developments, from new platforms to AI-based opportunities.
  • You speak German fluently at C1–C2 level and English at a proficient level.

Our offices are located in Munich, Hamburg and Berlin. Our diverse team comprises creatives, storytellers, innovators, and passionate go-getters.
We combine strategic consulting and creative storytelling for the entire content value chain. Our services range from account management, newsroom consulting, strategy, data analytics and AI enablement to creation (concept, copy, design, film, audio) and content (social, editorial, PR).
