Your mission

• Exciting client from the automotive sector, for whom you will support and advise in corporate communications in social media. Focus on the elaboration of the end-to-end execution of campaigns, focus topics and potentially always-on communication and daily ad-hoc topics;
• Preparation and follow-up of appointments including presentation of our social media ideas and concepts, together with the specialist managers and/or team members;
• The interface between clients and agencies as well as our internal units Design, Editorial, Strategy, Data, PR and our Digital Studios to coordinate all communication activities;
• Independent management of international, cross-agency social media projects from project planning and implementation inclusive budget responsibility/project controlling;
• Identification of potentials for the improvement of social media activities based on reports/data analyses carried out;
• Management of offers, orders, and invoices and control of budgets and timings;
• Identifying project risks and problems and taking appropriate action;
• Responsibility for established processes and their further development;

Your profile

• You have a genuine passion for creative work, particularly in the luxury and automotive world;
• You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to foster long-term relationships both internally and externally;
• You will have proven experience as an Account Director or a similar position;
• Demonstrated experience in negotiating and meeting client requirements;
• You have a solid understanding of scoping and budgeting projects from start to finish, reporting on progress and meeting budgets; 
• You are familiar with performance evaluation techniques and metrics;
• You like to think outside of the box and explore solutions to challenges;
• You are a natural leader with the ability to bring out the best in the entire team;
• You are self-autonomous, always looking for opportunities and ways to grow;
• You have fluent german and english skills
