Your mission

• Be the eyes and ears in London of the Production Director. 
• Collaborate closely with the ECD & Creative team and his concept teams to ensure any concepts produced are viable, whilst also adding value through creative production ideas. 
• Build and manage a team of junior producers to provide much-needed production guidance to the London account Managers. Help guide them and clients from concept to publishing of ideas.
• Assist the Production Director and the senior account managers in optimising processes to ensure world-class creative delivery.
• Lead Social Media production projects of €250+ production budget.
• Build a ‘black book’ of trusted third-party suppliers/freelancers within London. 
• Negotiate contracts with third-party suppliers.
• Source and manage contracts for hero talent (influencers are managed separately). 

Your profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in production – film and social content is key, but also experiential, influencer and events also helpful.
• Be the voice of truth in the creative and production process – clear guidance for what is and isn’t possible within the parameters.
• Comfortable working with creative teams to add your own ideas to help embellish their concepts.
• Be the lead catalyst on location, overcoming challenges or maximising opportunities via quick, considered decisions.
• Good communication skills, written and verbal.
• Previous experience with Social Media & Social Media productions. 
• Experience in leading and managing a team in an inspiring and professional manner.
• Ability to produce work to a high standard, quickly and professionally.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• High level of organisation with brilliant multi-tasking to manage multiple projects and deadlines to.
• Ability to work under pressure and in somewhat of a ‘start-up’ environment where things aren’t all perfect, but that brings opportunity to put your own stamp on things.
