Your mission

• Manage and grow relationships with the client
• Interface between clients and agencies as well as our internal units Editorial, Strategy, Data and our Digital Studios to coordinate all communication activities 
• Realise revenue and margin targets and maximise sales opportunities through connecting client needs 
• Drive passionately for client satisfaction throughout the entire client marketing portfolio
• Act as first point of contact for client issues and steer client satisfaction
• Presenting our ideas and concepts to clients as well as to internal LOOPING units  
• Management of offers, orders, invoices as well as control of budgets and timings 
• Responsibility for established processes and their further development

Your profile

• 8 years of professional experience in Client Management
• Interest/experience in the following industries: Luxury, Mobility, Tech, Entertainment and/or financial services
• Strong service orientation
• Great interest in Marketing Communication, future topics and trends 
• Experience in managing employees as well as in commissioning freelancers 
• Adept handling of the common office programs (Powerpoint, Word, Excel) as well as Keynote 
• Very good analytical thinking and conceptual strength  
• Native level German
• Fluent in English

Founded in 2016 by journalists, creatives and producers, we have established ourselves as a leader in data-driven storytelling, working with an impressive roster of brands including BMW, Mercedes Benz, Allianz, the Human Vaccines Project, and many more. Our team consists of over 250 multi-skilled staff split between offices in Berlin, Hamburg, and Munich, and London.
