• You oversee the Creative Departments' visual output in both Germany and UK.
• Push quality and consistency across all channels internally and with the client.
• Lead your team or when required the whole department, helping them develop to their full potential and giving them confidence via constructive feedback, without holding them back and inspiring them to make arresting work.
• Look for cut-through with all campaigns.
• You raise the creative bar and maintain a consistently high standard.
• Help to find and nurture the best talent.
• You help make THE GAME famous for its work, both for its concept and craft.
• Ability to elevate the creative collaborations we engage in by selecting and directing external talent in Photography / Film / Illustration.
• Ability to craft and develop visual exploration and development across channels including digital/social/experiential/print.
• You support the Creative Directors to develop the campaigns.
• Promote and refine the process across THE GAME.
• Sign-off creative briefs coming in where required.
• Sign off all work leaving your group.
• Help drive strategic development across clients’ accounts.
• Build client and account relationships.
• Develop a sense of individual pride throughout the creative department.

THE BUSINESS

Founded in 2016 by journalists, creatives and producers, we have established ourselves as a leader in data-driven storytelling, working with an impressive roster of brands including BMW, Mercedes Benz, Allianz, the Human Vaccines Project, and many more. Our team consists of over 250 multi-skilled staff split between offices in Berlin, Hamburg, and Munich, and London.
