Looping Group is a young, dynamic full service integrated agency rich in culture and brimming with ideas. 
We’re looking for a talented and enthusiastic Office & Culture Manager to help shape and develop our brand new London Soho office. The focus of this role will be to look after not only the day-to-day office management but also wider team engagement and social activities. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a dynamic and highly diverse, international team.

Your mission

  • You are in charge of creating a cosy and comfortable atmosphere in the office (e.g. ordering stationary and other office equipment, snacks and drinks).
  • Together with our Talent & Culture Director, you are one of the first touch points for the team.
  • You lead the planning and execution of team & client events and run our social committee.
  • You take care of visitors/clients in the office and handle mail & parcels.
  • You are responsible to maintain financial/cost overviews relating to UK business operations (e.g. monthly credit card reporting).
  • You operate as a first level IT support (e.g. equipment sourcing and hand-out, support with installation and accesses) and operate as a reference person for our desk booking and travel tools.
  • You cooperate with landlords and service providers regarding rented/leased spaces and equipment.
  • You connect with the wider office management team to ensure consistent adherence to company standards.
  • You support on basic HR administrative tasks.

  • You take ownership of deliverables, managing them independently and proactively.
  • You are trustworthy, loyal and able to process internal information and discussions confidentially.
  • You have excellent Microsoft office skills (particularly word & excel). 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • German language skills are advantageous but not essential.
  • Ideally 1+ years experience in a different office management or HR role.
