Your mission

  • You approach challenges and tasks methodically, thinking about the bigger picture of the brand and its wider perception
  • You collaborate with creative teams to create holistic and previously unseen brand communications and experiences
  • You regularly provide impulses about new trends to the client and agency – whether it be society, culture, design, future trends, or innovations
  • You support on complex projects and make sure everyone stays on strategy, following the overarching mission and vision of the brand
  • You support on extensive analyses of markets, trends, design, target groups, or competitors
  • You support and handle the preparation and facilitation of workshops

Your profile

  • You have first professional experience in strategic brand marketing, ideally in an advertising environment
  • You understand complex topics, distill the relevant information, enhance them with relevant context and summarize them on point
  • You are curious and inspired by people and are excited about crystallising and communicating insights
  • You have first experience on how to translate your strategic work into actionable creative guidance
  • You not only have good presentation skills, but you are also a storyteller - able to delight with instinctive flair wrapping your work into a story that starts the conversation
  • You are confident in using MS Office, know how to create excellent PowerPoint presentations, and always look for new research sources and trends
  • Fluent written and spoken German and English are essential for our daily business
