Your mission

• Independent management of international, cross-agency projects incl. budget responsibility / project controlling
• Interface between clients and agencies as well as our internal Strategy, Creative, Editorial, PR and Social departments to coordinate all communication activities
• Preparation and follow-up of appointments incl. presentation of our ideas and concepts, together with the specialist managers
• Creation and management of offers, orders, invoices as well as control of budgets and timings
• Responsibility for established processes and their further development

Your profile

• Several years of professional experience in project management on the agency or client side - ideally in the digital field
• Strong organizational and planning skills as well as a high level of service orientation
• Enthusiasm and a high level of initiative
• Solution-oriented "out of the box" thinking combined with a structured and binding way of working
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
• Affinity for the topic of mobility & lifestyle
• Desire to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment
• An adept handling of the common office programs (Powerpoint, Word, Excel)
• Confident in spoken and written German and English

THE BUSINESS

Founded in 2016 by journalists, creatives and producers, we have established ourselves as a leader in data-driven storytelling, working with an impressive roster of brands including BMW, Mercedes Benz, Allianz, the Human Vaccines Project, and many more. Our team consists of over 250 multi-skilled staff split between offices in Berlin, Hamburg, and Munich, and London.
