We’re looking for an Account Manager to join our London team. Looping is a digital-first data and content agency and offers the opportunity for all employees to be a part of a progressive and multifarious team.
The main objectives of this role will be to be the point of contact for a segment of the BMW account, build and maintain long-lasting client relationships.
Here at Looping Group, we have a distinctive offering to brands we work with. We develop content for earned and owned digital platforms, using data-insights, and trends to create content that authentically connects brands with their audiences.

Your mission

  • You’ll serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
  • You will build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • You will negotiate contracts and close project agreements to maximise profits
  • You will develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors
  • You must ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives
  • You’ll be clearly communicating the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • You’ll be responsible for developing new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
  • You’ll be forecasting and tracking key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
  • You will be preparing regular reports on account status and campaigns 
  • You will be recruiting and liaising with third party providers including influencers, tech partners, content partners
  • You will be assisting with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed

Your profile

  • You have proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account, or a role where you’ve managed and maintained client relationships 
  • You will demonstrate the ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organisation, including executive and C-level
  • You will have excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with aptitude in fostering long-term relationships
  • You will have experience understanding and delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
  • You demonstrate experience in meeting client requirements
  • You will have proven ability to juggle multiple influencer and content projects at a time while maintaining sharp attention to detail
