Your mission

• Be a senior designer in our new marketing team for the brand Wort & Bild
• Be involved in all design aspects, the crafting and producing of all assets from print ads to digital campaigns, from event designs to social campaigns
• Be involved in building and establishing a design language for the brand Wort & Bild 
• Be a strong partner for our clients by playing an active role in the presentation and management of pitches and jour fixes
• Be in touch with the account management team as well as the resource planners to manage the workload of the creative teams and ensure on-time delivery
• Be a daily inspiration and go-to person for our talented team and guide junior and midlevel team members

Your profile

• You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the creating of print and digital designs for clients in various fields, preferably in the health- and well-being-sector
• You are a creative mind with a passion for health and well-being
• You have a solutions-driven outlook fueled by curiosity and an innovative mindset
• You are a team player with a high sense of responsibility and high expectations of your work
• You have outstanding technical skills with standard design tools as well as an excellent knowledge of the current creative design trends
• You are fluent in English and German

Our offices are located in Munich, Hamburg and Berlin. Our diverse team comprises creatives, storytellers, innovators, and passionate go-getters.
We combine strategic consulting and creative storytelling for the entire content value chain. Our services range from account management, newsroom consulting, strategy, data analytics and AI enablement to creation (concept, copy, design, film, audio) and content (social, editorial, PR).
